We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details (including email and delivery addresses) for all purchases made at our store.

Section 4 - Shipping & Delivery (United Kingdom)

We ship throughout Great Britain and the UK. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and subject to postal carrier operations (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD).
Dispencely is not responsible for postal delays caused by customs, severe weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Section 5 - Consumer Rights, Cancellations & Returns

Your statutory rights are fully protected under UK Law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):

Damaged/Defective Goods: Customers are eligible for a full refund or free replacement upon submitting valid photo/video proof within 30 days of delivery.
Right to Cancel: You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery by contacting oli29trtr@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
